Cardiovascular fitness will be the effectiveness with that the body (the heart and lungs) delivers oxygen and nutrients to the required working muscles and transports waste products from the cells over a sustained period. Or to set it another way, it is the potential of your lungs and heart to work in concert to deliver the essential energy and oxygen to the body of yours without quickly achieving a high level of tiredness and fatigue.
In our daily life, we require aerobic health to deal with the actual physical tasks and every one of the “running around” we do.
