Lenore Grier Swan, CPhT, MBA

Biography

Lenore Swan is a Department of Defense trained pharmacy specialist/technician who is focused on helping mid-career pharmacy technicians develop the skills needed to attain next level employment. She also offers individualized instruction per employer specification to address technical performance deficits.
Lenore has been an Item Writer and Selection Workshop Participant for both the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCE) and National Healthcareer Association (ExCPT). She was a Certification Review Facilitator at the National Pharmacy Technician Convention, has active membership in American Society of Healthsystem Pharmacists, National Pharmacy Technician Association, Pharmacy Technician Educators Council and is a regular contributor to Quora.

She is developing a podcast specifically for pharmacy technicians presenting
discussions of education, current workplace challenges, knowledge contests and humor.   And she is authoring a book entitled ‘More Than Counting Pills – The 21 st Century Pharmacy Technician’.
