I think I’m going to have to buy this program. I’ve been using LR4.7, 5.0, and 5.1 for some time now, and I’ve noticed added performance improvements with all three, but the most noticeable is at importing. My old 7D files will import faster now, even with the new 4K DNGs.

I have used Photoshop for many years and only recently got to try out Lightroom. It’s an OS that is not friendly to the beginner. But the workflow efficiency is very good. It’s not so difficult to pickup after some time. So It’s very easy to edit and color the images quickly with the in-built tools.

This review will cover the features that I like and dislike before I rate it 5 stars. It’s got some great workflow features, but I wish it was a little bit more user friendly from the get-go.
