People immediately think whenever they hear “diet” that it is time to quit eating! Not true. I do not believe in the term diet because it’s not about that. It is all about being in a position to eat what you need in moderation. You do not have to eliminate all of the favorite foods in the day diet of yours. That is simply torture. Folks have made millions on gimmick diet programs that simply do not work as you end up limiting yourself to food items you actually don’t wish to eat all of the time. A good diet involves eating what you want in moderation and common sense planning of your day intake.

The human body adapts to routine and most people have to adjust it up every then and now.
