Using Adobe Photoshop is a really easy and simple process. After you have installed the software and cracked it, to get started you just need to double-click the file and the image editor will open. You will need to open the image to start editing it. You will also need to save the image in a location on your hard drive to print it, or to send it to a friend. So far I have been using it for RAW processing, but I would like to be able to do more with it. I am not a fan of it. I would love to see the ability to set a transformation matrix and have a real program function in it without the complexities of Illustrator.
Overall it is ok, except it doesn’t have Auto Correct like ProPhoto or Nik’s new Contour Pro .

One thing that’s not in this release is improvements to the toolbars. But that could easily be added. I believe there’s a plug-in somewhere that allows you to add your own toolbars to Photoshop. So, you could tweak and refine to your desire.
I do admire the attention to detail – especially with the PSD format. The most difficult thing about Photoshop were the PSD format files. I never used an image editing app for a long time. Other than Photoshop, XnView and I think PhotoDraw 2, which was excellent for managing multiple PSDs and just being able to quickly and easily make small edits.
So, besides the ability to rotate and view layers, I don’t feel like I lost much by remoting in. I like that I can view layers and redraw them. It’s one of those useful things. I just wish I could remove layers to make edits look a bit cleaner. Also, I wish I could place images on my canvas, select, move, delete are all very basic in Photoshop.[quote]
Don’t know if you saw this but I think they have fixed the different colour spaces in the PSD file (if you’ve been in class 5 you’ll know what I’m talking about).

Select two rectangles in your image. For now, the two rectangles can be selected either with the Magic Wand tool (W) or the Rectangular selection tool (R). Both of these tools create a selection outline of an area selected from the active selection. Then select both of the rectangles, and choose Select > Modify > Expand. Then modify the height and the width to make the selection as big as possible to cover the entire canvas.
At this point, you can apply the Background eraser and you will see that the selection area is completely transparent. That’s because the foreground image is part of a grayscale background image. To fix this, select the Magic Wand, and do a selection around the edge of the canvas. Please do not select the canvas or any part of the canvas itself; we don’t want to erase anything, only the background. You can also use the Background eraser to erase the surface of the canvas.
If you select an area of the canvas with the Magic Wand, the Selection tool (T) becomes active, and you can then create a selection within that area. You can erase the part of the image that is selected. Using the Selection tool (T), make sure that you select a separate area of the canvas that is not part of the background. If you select a part of the canvas in the Default layer, then the selection will be applied to your original image, which is a separate layer, and will change the contents of the Default layer.
