Without a doubt there are diets which promise you are going to lose 10 pounds in two weeks but many of those diets are not sustainable. Specific – set a target goal for your weight loss, keep to a very small number say two to 3 pounds

Measurable – keep a record of your progress in a Weight Loss Journal

Achievable – make the aim you set something that is possible to attain.

Realistic – do not make an effort to lose the fat all at once, remember this is a marathon
