PaintCAD is a very good product. I used it a couple of years ago but it was quite buggy, slow and memory consuming. However, this version is very stable and I was able to use it for a long time without any problems.
This software is a bit limited, it can´t open.RAR archives, but it´s very easy to use and it does what it needs.

PaintCAD is a very good software for someone who needs to use it for very specific purposes. It has many functions that are very handy.
However, I was not able to use it very much because I had the impression that this software is still in development. On the other hand, I also had the impression that it is a bit buggy.
